Anna Delvey jokingly flips the bird on her ex Dancing with the stars Partner Ezra Sosa.

In a video shared on TikTok, Sosa, 24, and convicted con artist, 33, mouth the words to an audio clip as they prepare to return to the ballroom for the season 33 finale. Sosa mouths, “How many people do you know who are currently in the prison system?”

“Um, I’m pretty sure just two,” Delvey mouths as he jokingly tosses it away with both hands.

In the clip, Delvey wears a soft, multi-colored jacket and sweats, while Sosa keeps it casual in a gray sweatshirt and pink pants.

The light-hearted video comes nearly two months after Sosa told PEOPLE that the couple had stayed in touch since his exit from the ABC dance competition.

“We text every day,” he said. “Yes, we are. She says, ‘You have to come to New York!’ And I said, ‘Do you miss me?’ She says, “Sure.” But every time she says “Sure,” it means, “I kind of let her down a little bit.”

Sosa – who was promoted to professional dancer this season – also responded to Delvey’s more direct reaction to her exit from the show.

As fans may remember, Delvy responded with one word: “Nothing” when host Julianne Hough asked what she took away from her experience on the show.

At the time, Sosa seemed surprised by her reaction, but the dancer told PEOPLE he believes Delvey’s reaction was actually “iconic.” He recalled realizing his dance partner was “angry” the moment she wasn’t announced as “safe” from elimination.

“So as we walked right next to Julianne, she asked her this question: I was – I’m not going to lie – I was a little nervous about what she was going to say,” he recalled. “But what she said, I think it was very iconic.”

Later that month, Sosa immortalized her memorable – and controversial – final comment by tattooing it on his body.

In a TikTok on October 5, he displayed the word “nothing” in cursive over a “33” to mark the 33rd season on his upper back.

He later released a video capturing his colleagues’ reaction to his new ink. “I love this cast,” Sosa captioned the post.

Real Housewives Alum and contestant Phaedra Parks reacted in shock to the tattoo, saying, “Oh my God, I’m going to hit you…” before adding that Sosa was “hilarious for it.”

Other reactions include co-host Alfonso Ribeiro reading the tattoo out loud and saying, “Huh?” When Sosa asked if he liked it, he replied, “I’ll say yes.”

Six-time Mirrorball winner Derek Hough responded with just one word: “Fantastic,” while dancer Alan Bersten gently patted Sosa on the shoulder.
