Shai Gilgeous-Alexander made his team’s only two field goals 8:25 into the finale to cap a 35-point performance, Isaiah Hartenstein posted his third straight double-double and the visiting Oklahoma City Thunder topped the Golden State Warriors without Stephen Curry with 105 points -101 in San Francisco on Wednesday night.

Hartenstein finished with 14 points and a game-high 14 rebounds for the Thunder, who managed their third straight win despite losing Jalen Williams to an eye injury late in the first half.

With Curry watching from the bench battling sore knees, the Warriors scored 19 points with Jonathan Kuminga and had five teammates score in double figures, but couldn’t escape a third straight loss.

After a 19-point lead with 8:14 left was turned into a 94-93 deficit by a 3-pointer from the Warriors’ Buddy Hield, the Thunder turned to the league’s No. 1 defense and scoring drive Gilgeous-Alexander tied the game with a 3-pointer with 4:11 to play and one with 1:25 to play another that gave Oklahoma City a 100-96 lead with 1:25 left.

Golden State got within 102-101 on a 3-pointer from Andrew Wiggins with 11.1 seconds left, but Alexander made a free throw with 7.7 seconds left and Lu Dort blocked a Wiggins runner with 3.4 seconds left could have equalized before the end.

Gilgeous-Alexander added two crucial free throws to complete his seventh 30-point effort of the season, which he complemented with nine rebounds, five assists and two blocks.

The outstanding Thunder shot 13 to 28, helping the visitors to a 45.9 to 35.7 percent advantage over the Warriors. Neither team performed well from 3-point range, with Golden State going 16 of 50 (32.0 percent) and Oklahoma City 11 of 37 (29.7 percent).

Isaiah Joe scored 17 points and Williams 13, along with seven assists, six rebounds and two steals in 16 minutes before getting caught in the eye on a Kuminga drive to the basket.

Draymond Green posted a double-double with 10 points, a team-high 13 rebounds, a game-high seven assists and two blocks, while Hield had 17 points, Wiggins 16 and Brandin Podziemski had 12 to go with eight rebounds and five assists and Kyle Anderson had 10 points.
