Lindsay Lohan has stunned fans with her radiant and youthful new face in recent public appearances after years away from Hollywood.

And now Dr. Jonny Betteridge, an aesthetic doctor, claims the 38-year-old star could have spent up to $300,000 on cosmetic surgery to achieve this look.

Betteridge, founder of London-based clinic JB Aesthetics and with experience in emergency medicine, critical care and anesthesia, shared a new Instagram video detailing the cosmetic changes he says the actress has made.

Surgical procedures Betteridge says the Parent Trap star has undergone include a facelift, upper eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty and a surgical brow lift.

He stated that she most likely had “some degree of surgical facelift” and that it was likely performed via an “endoscopic approach,” meaning it was minimally invasive.

He also believes the actress has had “Botox, lip lift, lip fillers and veneers.”

Betteridge also analyzed Lohan’s skin in her most recent photos and concluded that she had undergone “laser resurfacing” and had “a dermatologist-led skin care routine.”

“And the cost of that, if you add it all up, would be between $200,000 and $300,000.”

A minimally invasive facelift involves lifting sagging facial tissue through small incisions, while a surgical brow lift helps lift sagging eyebrows and reduce forehead wrinkles.

An upper blepharoplasty removes excess skin and fat from the upper eyelids, while a lip lift shortens the distance between the nose and upper lip.

Fillers add volume and Botox smoothes wrinkles.

Additionally, she is now collaborating with Jennifer Lopez’s Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn, who put together her recent stunning premiere looks.

In the morning, she uses a cold face cloth and Avène Redness Expert Soothing Moisturizing Concentrated Cream or the brand’s Tolérance Control Soothing Skin Recovery Cream — which she praised as “light and hydrating and not overly greasy.”

She also uses Peter Thomas Roth eye patches to relieve puffiness in her eyes.

Her makeup look is “pretty light,” and the star says, “If I wear anything, it’s Giorgio Armani Silk Foundation or Kevyn Aucoin concealer.” Maybe some eyeshadow if I’m going out, and Westman Atelier mascara.

“Since becoming a mother, I’ve enjoyed going natural more and not feeling the need to put anything on my face all the time.” I think we live under pressure to look made up, but I don’t feel that way anymore. I just want to look at myself and love myself for who I am.”

At night, Lohan uses “Aveeno face wipes, some Avène face wash, and then the redness cream again at night because after I take it all off, I turn a little pink.”

On Monday, Lohan showed off her smooth complexion with complementary peach tones on her eyelids, cheeks and full, glossy pout.
