Expert picks, predictions and best bets for Week 13 of the 2024 NFL from Chris “The Bear” Fallica

“Bear bets” are real bets Chris “The Bear” Fallica actually does.

We’re in Week 13 of the NFL and I have two games in my sights.

For those who are new to this area and looking for a few bets to take part in NFL Action, I’m here for you. Nothing makes football better than having a few dollars each week to spend on the games.

Last week we went to .500. Let’s try to go 2-0 this week, shall we?

RECORD
Last week: 1-1
Season: 16-16

(All times ET)

Aries @ Saints (4:05 p.m., FOX/FOX Sports App)

Since they knocked me out of Survivor against the Panthers, the Saints have won two games in a row. And if you look at the next few games – all winnable – this one at the Giants and at home against Washington. That could get them to .500 before traveling to Green Bay to finish out the season and playing games with the Raiders and Bucs. Amazingly, they are still in that division race. I’m not with the Rams at all – short week and traveling across the country against the team that currently has a bye. I’ll grab the points and the Saints.

PICK: Saints (+3) lose by less than 3 points or win outright

eagle @ Ravens (4:25 p.m., CBS)

I can’t wait to see how the Eagles defense tries to contain the rushing attack of Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson. Philly has also been dominating and wearing down teams at its own game for weeks, ever since the disastrous loss in Tampa. So many people are focused on the Lions – and rightfully so – but there’s a chance the Eagles could finish at the top of the NFC. They won’t get on a plane for the rest of the regular season – this week there are away games in Baltimore and Washington. The home games are Carolina, Pittsburgh, Dallas and the Giants. Not only do I like the Eagles this week, I’m optimistic about their NFC future.

PICK: Eagles (+3) lose by less than 3 points or win outright
