The Weeknd’s “Hurry Up Tomorrow” will be released with the Rose Bowl concert on January 24th

Save the date for Friday, January 24th when The Weeknd releases his upcoming album Hurry Up Tomorrow. The next day he will present his work with a one-night-only concert at the Rose Bowl, with a stage that will take up the entire stadium area.

This is the artist’s final trilogy work from his previous albums After Hours and Dawn FM. All albums were released within two years. The Weeknd is the first singer to reach over one billion Spotify streams with 22 different individual songs.

The Canadian artist announced on September 4 that he was working on a new album, releasing the vinyl cover for “Hurry Up Tomorrow” just three days later. The first single from the album “Dancing In Flames” was released on September 13th. He also released a new song called “Sao Paolo” with Brazilian pop star Anitta on October 30th. And held another one-night-only concert in the city on the day his new album was announced.

Also in the works is a feature film of the same name, “Hurry Up Tomorrow,” starring Abel “The Weeknd” Tesfaye, Jenna Ortega and Barry Keoghan. It will be distributed by Lionsgate and directed by Trey Edward Shults (“Waves”). It will be a musically influenced psychological thriller. The score was created in collaboration between Tesfaye and Daniel Lopatin.

His latest album, Dawn FM, included features with Tyler, The Creator and Lil Wayne. Ariana Grande appeared on a remixed version of his After Hours single “Save Your Tears.”
