The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade begins at 8:30 a.m. in all time zones on Thursday, November 28th. The parade lasts approximately 3.5 hours and ends at 12:00 p.m

Once the parade begins, look for giant balloons featuring Beagle Scout Snoopy, Elf on the Shelf, Bluey, Spider-Man, The Pillsbury Doughboy, Ronald McDonald and many more. Also look out for Minnie Mouse, who makes her first appearance in the parade as a giant balloon, dressed in her famous red and white polka dot bow and bright yellow heels. There will also be over 30 impressive floats, as well as brass bands, clowns and music and dance performances.

Every year, the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade parades through Manhattan, past Central Park and through Midtown.

The parade starting point is at West 77th Street and Central Park West, but there is no public access here. However, if you drive two blocks south, you can enjoy “great views” of the parade along Central Park West from West 75th Street to West 61st Street, according to Macy’s.

The parade continues past Columbus Circle before turning and making its way to 6th Avenue. From there, the parade continues until it reaches its end point at Macy’s Herald Square.
